Intellectual Property
All software, applications, gameplay systems, branding, event formats, visual assets, animations, sound effects, scoring systems, concepts, custom interfaces, content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Mind Freeze are owned exclusively by R2 Entertainment, LLC unless otherwise stated. Users, clients, participants, or third parties may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, repurpose, or commercially exploit any portion of the Mind Freeze platform or event experience without prior written authorization.
Account Access & Authentication

Users participating in live or virtual gameplay agree to conduct themselves respectfully and not engage in cheating, exploitation of technical vulnerabilities, harassment, disruptive conduct, unauthorized access attempts, score manipulation, or interference with gameplay systems. Mind Freeze reserves the right to suspend access, remove participants, terminate accounts, or restrict future participation for behavior deemed abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive to the platform or its users.
