About Mind Freeze
Mind Freeze is a live trivia and quiz game from R2 Entertainment. A host runs a show on a screen at a venue or online, and players join from their own phones to answer questions in real time and watch the scores move as the game unfolds.
Common questions
How do I join a show?
Open the app and enter the join code displayed on the host’s screen, or scan the QR code the host shows. You don’t need a code until a show is running.
The join code isn’t working
- Check the code against the host’s screen — each code belongs to one show.
- A code only works while that show is open for players to join.
- Make sure your device has a working internet connection.
- If it still won’t work, email us with the code and the show name.
I forgot my password
Use the “Forgot your password?” link on the sign-in screen and follow the emailed instructions. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then contact us.
My answer or score didn’t register
Answers are recorded when they’re submitted before the question timer ends. If you think something was scored incorrectly, email us with the show name, the date and the question, and we’ll check the record for that game.
Your account and your data
Deleting your account

- Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone.
- Requests are actioned within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
Anonymised, aggregate scoring statistics that cannot identify you may be kept. We may also retain records where we’re legally required to do so.
